The day of the variety show, Ru looks as if she is about to step into her pink Cadillac from the 1950s and head down to the drive-in to cause some trouble. Alexis holds herself accountable and then her thirst is quenched as she makes a love connection with Lala and it’s kind of sweet but awkward in that Alexis Michelle sort of way. Alexis feels bad that she may have led Lala on right before she sent her home. While the queens get ready for the big show, Alexis clears the air with Lala about eliminating her. They’ll co-host the variety show and each do an exhibition performance - so they can just chill. The Fame Games just got even MORE interesting!Īs for Jimbo and Kandy, they get to take a little bit of a break this week. The winner of the lip sync will win the chance to double, triple, or quintuple their fan votes with a spin of the wheel. The two queens who impress Ru the most with their variety show performance will lip sync for their legacy. In addition to competing for the Fame Games $60,000 prize which is based on audience votes, the queens will also have the opportunity to multiply their points. However, it’s a talent show with high stakes. With the library closed, Ru tells the queens this week is dedicated to the Fame Games! The eliminated queens will participate in The Fame Games Variety Extravaganza - it’s basically a talent show. “Naysha Lopez - Jennifer Lopez called… she said f*ck you.”īut it was Kasha who won the reading challenge which included this winning read: “Alexis Michelle - so gorgeous…from this angle,” Kasha points to her face and front “Stunning!” After a beat she adds, “From the back… a helicopter landing pad,” pointing at the bald spot on her head. Monica throws a jab to Kandy: “If this doesn’t work out, you can sell hot dogs like the ones stored behind your head” to which she retaliates: “I was shocked when you went home early because I thought the cleaning crew was booked for the entire season.” And Jimbo does reading the best way she knows how: by telling the truth. Some of the greatest hits from this reading session include Jessica telling Lala: “Every Thursday night is when I think about your fashion… because it’s when I take out the trash.” All the while, Alexis uses this opportunity to continue to obsessively thirst after Lala in the most cringe-worthy way. Ru is just messing with them - but the queens have an opportunity to enter the library for a bit of reading. Ru tells Jimbo and Kandy and says they are going to determine who wins the crown - but that’s all a lie. One by one they strut into the Werk Room in the order they were eliminated: Monica, Naysha, Kasha, Darienne, Jaymes, Kahanna, Lala, Alexis, and Jessica. She also ru-veals the twist as she welcomes all of the queens back into the Werk Room to make it feel less lonely. The next day, RuPaul greets the top two queens and confirm all of the above is true: it is weird and kind of lonely to only have two in the Werk Room. Jimbo and Kandy also think it is weird because there hasn’t been a top two in the history of Drag Race.
